Boskalis has transported and put in place a total of seven jackets for the Changfang and Xidao offshore wind farm, thereby completing the first phase of the foundation installation.
After picking up the jackets in the Port of Taipei, the offshore installation work was successfully completed using the unique capabilities of the 4,000 tonne revolving crane that lifted and installed the 72-metre-high and 1,400-tonne jackets.

The next mission will be the installation of the remaining pin piles and 52 jackets for this project, Boskalis said.
