JDR Cables has contracted Vos Prodect to supply the cable hang-off systems for the 257MW offshore wind farm Arcadis Ost 1, off Germany in the Baltic Sea.
By the end of the second quarter of 2022 Vos Prodect will deliver sealed cable hang-off systems, securing the submarine power cables to the top of the monopile and offshore substation.
The average time to install the temporary hang-off clamps of the cable hang-off system takes approximately 45 minutes, Vos Prodect stated.
The inter-array cables for Arcadis Ost 1 will be supplied by JDR and will be installed by Global Offshore.
