Asset manager CEE Group has announced it is building a 154MW solar park in Germany.
The project in Döllen in Brandenburg will supply around 150,000 megawatt hours of electricity per year and marks CEE Group’s largest single investment in a ground-mounted solar park to date.
The construction site will be set up in May 2022 before a groundbreaking ceremony on the project site that is expected to take place in June.
Delivery of the solar modules by the manufacturer Astronergy, a subsidiary of the Chinese CHINT Group, is planned from August 2022, with commissioning anticipated between March and April 2023.
Goldbeck Solar will manage the project as a service provider for engineering, procurement and construction, with Antlike Solar also being involved in the new upcoming construction phase.
Swiss company Pexapark is also providing support with regard to the marketing of electricity via a power purchase agreement.
The law firm Taylor Wessing and the consulting firm 8.2 Obst & Ziehmann acted as legal and technical advisors in this transaction.
