A new consultancy has opened for business, focusing on offshore wind and early stage development of renewable energy project in the Asia-Pacific.
KIMAenergy has been set up by Kimberly Cram and Maya Malik, who have over 35 years’ collective experience in large scale offshore wind and energy infrastructure projects.
KIMenergy stated its advantage is its “full project lifecycle experience, local knowledge and network”.
Cram was previously managing director for Macquarie Capital and project director for one of the first commercial-scale offshore wind projects in Taiwan.
Before Macquarie she held senior positions at ScottishPower Renewables-Iberdrola and prior to that was a lawyer with Pinsent Masons advising on infrastructure and renewable energy projects.
Malik has 18 years energy experience in leadership, commercial and executional roles and has spent 11 years in offshore wind working on projects in the UK, Denmark, Germany, Taiwan and Vietnam.
She is an advisor for the World Bank Offshore Wind Development Program.
