Technip Energies has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Greenko ZeroC Private to explore green hydrogen project development opportunities in India.
The partners will investigate opportunities across industries that include refining, petrochemicals, fertiliser, chemicals and power production.
The MoU aims to facilitate active engagement between the teams of Technip Energies in India and Greenko to step up collaborative opportunities on a build-own-operate (BOO) model.
Greenko will be the operator and owner of the assets and Technip Energies will support with engineering services, integration and EP/EPC for pilot and commercial scale green hydrogen and related projects in India.
Technip Energies India managing director Davendra Kumar said: “We strongly believe in collaboration to realize our Energy Transition objectives.
