US developer Innovative Solar Systems (ISS) has made two of its solar projects in Texas available for immediate acquisition.
IS245 is a 125MW project located in Fisher County, TX IS206 is a 300MW project in Jones County.
Both projects have been planned to add battery storage later to leverage on higher power off take contracts for the power being produced at these sites.
ISS said that the IS245 (125MW) project can be built immediately as all interconnection agreements are in place, long term land leases signed and EPC contracts and pricing in place.
IS206 (300MW) will be ready for construction “just months from now”.
Both projects can be online in 2023, said ISS.
The developer also said it can assist a developer seeking an exit at commercial operation, with securing credit-worthy buyers.
Clients that buy the projects from ISS will be granted first rights on buying future projects from the developer as they become “shovel ready”.
ISS has a 12GW pipeline of early-stage projects in a variety of US states including Texas.
