Elawan Energy has signed agreement with Santander and Caixabank for the financing of a portfolio of four onshore wind farms totaling 36MW.
The PLN152m (€32.9m) deal will fund the 20MW Werbkowice project in Lublin and the 6MW Golczewo facility in Western Pomerania.
It will also finance the 6MW Wloszakowice and the 4MW Wronczyn projects, both in Greater Poland.
The quartet are already under construction and will be operational in 2022.
The projects were secured in the 2019 RES auction and will sign contracts for a 15-year gap, providing them with stable revenue streams.
The financing will be carried out in a club deal that integrates the financial institutions Santander and Caixabank, as facility and security agents and account banks.
Elawan Energy currently has two operational projects totalling 10.5MW.
