STEAG and Netherlands-based Greenbuddies have joined forces to develop solar projects in the Benelux countries.
The partners have set themselves the goal of realising a portfolio of 250MW by 2025.

The first projects will be ready to enter construction from the beginning of 2023.
STEAG will plan, develop and build the projects as a general contractor and then operate them as a service provider.
“For us, the Benelux countries are the logical extension of our existing activities in Europe.
“We still see enormous potential in this market, even if there are already existing players and projects,” said Andre Kremer, managing director of STEAG Solar Energy Solutions.
