Spanish company Ingeteam has strengthened its position in the operation and maintenance services sector in the UK by securing a new wind framework agreement with SSE Renewables in Scotland.
The new contract means the total installed power capacity serviced by Ingeteam in the UK has reached almost 700MW.

Ingeteam said it is providing O&M services for 423MW of installed wind capacity and 263MW of solar in the country.
The company has been active in the UK since 2015.
It added that the official exit of the UK from the EU is not affecting the company’s plans for growth in that country, given that the UK’s clear commitment to renewables.
