AqualisBraemar LOC (ABL) has been awarded a contract by Iberdrola to provide marine warranty survey (MWS) services for the 476MW Baltic Eagle offshore wind project off Germany.
As part of the MWS services, ABL’s scope of work will include providing expert technical review and approval of documents, operations and vessels relating to both transportation and installation of turbines, foundations, array cables and offshore substation packages.
Baltic Eagle is located 30 km from the shore of the island of Rugen, Germany and will consist of 50 turbines.
The work will be managed by ABL’s German operations, based in Hamburg.
