Estonian construction firm Nordecon has pulled out of a contract to build the foundations for 14 turbines at the 63MW Mažeikiai Wind Farm in Lithuania.
The company announced on 28 May 2021 that it had entered into an agreement with Nordex Lithuania for the project with the contract value close to €6m.

Nordecon said in a statement: “Due to the non-fulfilment of the preconditions by the customer, Nordecon AS announces that the said agreement will not be executed.”
