EDF Renouvelables is to supply telecommunications company Bouygues Telecom with electricity from six wind farms in France under a three-year a power purchase agreement.
The deal will be for 203 gigawatt-hours of electricity between 2022 and 2024 covering more than 10% of Bouygues Telecom’s electricity consumption.

EDF said the contract guarantees the extension of operations at the wind farms.
The projects are Trois-Sources and Stenay in Meuse, Niedervisse in Moselle, La Heroudiere in Manche, La Nourais in Ille-et-Vilaine and Riols Herault.
The supply will be provided via Agregio, an EDF group subsidiary specialising in the valuation of renewable energy production.
