Nordex has secured a 35MW turbine order for a project in Italy.
The manufacturer will supply 10 of its N131/3600 turbines for the site in the region of Basilicata in southern Italy, for the undisclosed customer and project.

Delivery and installation is slated for May this year with the wind farm due for completion in late autumn of 2021.
The order also includes a service contract for the turbines, initially for two years.
The name of the project and of the customer are undisclosed as per customer’s request.
The turbines will be supplied in the 3.5MW operating mode on tubular steel towers with a hub height of 114 metres.
