The first turbine has been installed at the 300MW Fujian Fuqing Haitan Strait offshore wind farm in China.
MingYang Smart Energy will deliver a total of 22 MySE7.0-158 machines to the project, which is being developed by the China Huadian Corporation.

Each turbine has rated power of 7MW and a rotor diameter of 158-metres.
MingYang Smart Energy said the milestone demonstrated “the strong commitment of [the] MingYang team to working exceptionally diligently and delivering the best product and service for our clients”.
