The Isle of Man Government is seeking to procure 20MW of renewable energy capacity to be installed on the island off the north-west coast of the UK.
The island Government’s Climate Change Transformation Board has published a tender to find suitable companies to construct onshore renewable generation.

The Isle of Man Government said onshore solar photovoltaic and onshore wind may “represent the most viable development opportunities”.
However, it said consideration will be given to other deliverable zero emission solutions too, which could also include energy storage.
