The vessel, which loaded up the steel units at Nigg on the Cromarty Firth in recent days, is due to install all foundations over the coming months.
Scylla has replaced DEME Offshore’s Orion 1 vessel, which was put out of action after its crane collapsed in May.
Lamprell of the UAE and Belgium’s Smulders are supplying the jackets.
Moray East is to feature 100 MHI Vestas 9.5MW turbines and is due to notch first power later this year.
The wind farm is being developed by an EDPR-led consortium, which includes Engie and Diamond Generating Europe.
