The Dutch government is to tender a permit for the development of the 700MW Hollandse Kust Noord offshore wind farm zone site five for a period running from 2 to 30 April 2020.
The government said it “does not foresee” the COVID-19 crisis having an impact on the submission of proposals for the permit, though any change will be communicated immediately.
The application procedure is available in Dutch and the documents can found on RVO’s website.
Interested developers can ask your questions about the tender until 26 March. Subsequently, there will be no communication until the announcement of the outcome of the tender, said RVO.
These consist of a set of in situ (cone penetration) test results, vibrocore (seafloor sample) test results and accompanying digital deliverables.
According to RVO the in situ report presents geotechnical logs for 118 locations and results from CPTs and temperature tests. The seafloor sample locations report presents geotechnical logs at 50 locations and results of geotechnical laboratory tests.
The latter aims at contributing to a further morphodynamical understanding.
