Independent power producer Encavis has acquired an 81MW Danish wind portfolio, comprising eight wind farms.
The projects all feature Siemens Gamesa and Vestas turbines and come with manufacturer warranties of between three and 15 years.

The company said the enterprise value of the new portfolio amounts to around €108m and expects the projects to generate €13.4m per year.
“We have once again achieved excellent growth of 295 MW in 2019 without reducing our ambitious IRR expectations. We will continue and further improve our growth path in the years to come,” Encavis chief executive Dr. Dierk Paskert said.
