European Energy said the project comprises seven Siemens Gamesa 3.2MW turbines.
It added that the sale is conditional on the fulfilment of a “few conditions precedent”, with the close expected later this month.
European Energy said the sale will “contribute positively” to its financial position, subject to the closing of the deal.
No details were revealed regarding the project name or the sale price.
