Polish company PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna is in talks with Orsted over the sale of 50% stakes in two offshore wind farms in the Baltic Sea with total capacity of up to 2500MW.
The Danish offshore wind giant said the talks also cover the cooperation terms for the development of the projects.

It added that the discussions cover the sale of 50% of the shares in Elektrownia Wiatrowa Baltica 3 and Elektrownia Wiatrowa Baltica 2.
Elektrownia Wiatrowa Baltica 3 is developing a project with a planned capacity of approximately 1GW by 2026, while Elektrownia Wiatrowa Baltica 2 is developing a wind farm with a planned capacity of about 1.5GW by 2030.
