Software provider AlsoEnergy has secured a contract for its aggregation platform to manage 1500MW of photovoltaic assets operated by utility-scale solar developer Clenera.
AlsoEnergy’s turnkey software platform will deliver end-to-end visibility, analytics and control across Clenera’s entire fleet of commercial, industrial and utility-scale projects in North America.
To date, 1.1GW is online with an additional 250MW to be completed by the end of the year.
Clenera chief operations office Adam Pishl said: “Our partnership with AlsoEnergy provides us with a complete technology platform that spans our entire North American project portfolio, helping us streamline our processes and enhancing our service capabilities so that each project generates the most value and profit to all stakeholders.”
Clenera will use PowerTrack software from AlsoEnergy, which integrates with Clenera’s third party SCADA systems to optimise operations and PV plant performance.
