ProCon Wind Energy has signed a contract with Bladt Industries to support the fabrication of 72 transition pieces for Vattenfall’s 605MW Kreigers Flak offshore wind farm off Denmark.
The Danish company will assist Bladt in the electrical construction of the units, including internal wiring and lighting.

Around 30 workers will support the TP work at Bladt’s Aalborg yard, the company said. Work is expected to begin in the third quarter of this year.
In addition to supporting construction, ProCon will also carry out commissioning works on the transition pieces once they are installed.
The company said it will work on the project until the second quarter of next year.
