UK energy recruitment outfit ERSG has opened its first office in Taiwan to help the company further support the island’s growing offshore wind industry.
The opening of the Taipei base follows the announcement of a collaboration with Taiwan Offshore Windfarm Service Corporation last month.
ERSG already has offices in many of the main hubs of the offshore wind sector including Hamburg, Boston, Amsterdam and London.
The addition of the Taipei office gives the “business a truly global reach for their offshore wind clients”, the company said.
ERSG chief operating officer Lucien Sullivan said: “The Taiwanese offshore wind market is one of the fastest growing in Asia and we view the opening of our local office in Taipei as an important step in ensuring we provide the best possible service to our clients operating in the region.”
