EDF Renouvelables is seeking insurance services for its 24MW Provence Grand Large floating offshore wind farm off the coast of France.
The developer has launched a pre-qualification tender to deliver insurance for the project, including the export cable, during the construction phase and for at least one year of operations.

Interested parties have until 3 June to submit, with pre-selection announced four days later.
Provence Grand Large will be in the Mediterranean Sea and will feature three Siemens Gamesa 8MW turbines.
It is set to be fully commissioned in early 2021.
