The company is proposing to develop Arthur Kill Terminal on Staten Island, which it acquired last month.

It would use the development for storage and assembly of turbines for installation off the US east coast.
Law firm Sive, Paget & Riesel assisted in identifying and acquiring the Arthur Kill Terminal site, and is working on the state and federal permitting and approval processes.
Atlantic Offshore Terminals plans the 12-hectare Arthur Kill site to have 400 metres of quayside, training facilities, warehousing, offices and parking.
