EnBW has resumed a foundation campaign at its 609MW Hohe See and Albatros complex in the German North Sea, ending a six-month hiatus caused by a vessel accident.
GeoSea jack-up Innovation (pictured) has started installing three of the remaining 24 monopiles at the project site around 100 kilometres off the coast of Borkum.

A2Sea vessel Sea Installer has separately been drafted in by the German developer to transport and install transition pieces.
The project’s 87 Siemens Gamesa 7MW turbines are due to start going up in April, EnBW said.
Swire Blue Ocean jack-up Pacific Osprey had planted 63 of the project’s 87 foundations before it suffered a main crane collapse in August while loading some of the structures at Eemshaven.
