A vessel will collect the first four towers on 1 February for the 1218MW Hornsea 1 offshore wind farm off the east coast of England, according to Windhoist.
The company has pre-assembled 24 tower sections so far and the first four are “fully walked down by (the) client, accepted and ready to go”, the company said.
