Senvion has signed four contracts for turbines with a combined capacity over 47MW in Belgium, France and Portugal.
In Belgium, Senvion concluded deals with EDF Luminus and Eoly for the Sint Gillis Waas and Rebaix wind farms, respectively.
Four machines will be installed next summer including 3.4M104 and 3.4M114 models. Senvion will also provide maintenance for 20 years.
Senvion will also deliver four 3.4M114 turbines with hub heights between 79 metres and 93 metres at the Aschere-le-Marche wind farm in France, which is being developed by ABO Wind and owned by CEZ Group.
Installation and commissioning in planned for the second half of 2019 at the project site in the region of Centre – Val de Loire. The deal includes a 15-year maintenance contract, that could be extended to 25 years.
A deal has also been struck with Zurich utility EKZ for six 3.4M122 units for the Marvila 2 wind farm in Portugal. The turbines, which will have 119-metre hub heights, will be commissioned in the autumn next year.
Senvion will also provide maintenance for 20 years.
