Finnish energy company Fortum and local partner Rusnano have taken a final investment decision to develop a 200MW wind farm in Russia.
The project is expected to start producing electricity in the first half of 2020, the partners said.

It the second wind farm that the JV has decided to develop out of 1GW awarded to them in a June 2017 auction.
Work on the first 50MW project started in late 2017, with commercial operations expected in the first six months of next year.
In June this year, the JV secured the rights to a further 823MW of wind power and 110MW of solar capacity.
