Royal Boskalis Westminster has nominated Carlo van Noort as its new chief financial officer.
Van Noort is expected to be formerly confirmed in the role at the company’s shareholder annual general meeting in May 2019.

Current CFO Hans Kamps is scheduled to step down on the same date as the AGM, Boskalis said.
Van Noort is currently financial director of Boskalis Nederland.
Boskalis chief executive Peter Berdowski said: “We are pleased that with Carlo van Noort we are nominating a strong internal candidate with an excellent track record within Boskalis.
“With his broad background and in-depth knowledge of the organization and the business he is well-equipped to fulfil the role of CFO at our company.”
