Irish utility developer ESB has filed to build the 26-turbine Glendye wind farm in north-east Scotland.
The project will feature hardware of up to 149.9 metres, clearing the way for top power of more than 100MW.

Glendye will be around 2km from Fettercairn on the southern edge of Aberdeenshire.
English company Coriolis is leading on planning for the project under a long-term tie-up with ESB.
Scottish ministers will have the final say on the wind farm under Section 36 legislation.
Glendye is one of a number of post-subsidy wind farms being progressed by ESB in Scotland.
