Foresight Solar Fund is aiming to raise more than £34m (€38m) through a new share issuance to expand its UK presence.
The fund will issue up to 53,994,250 shares at a price of £107.5 a share.

It will use the money raise to buy a total 11 solar assets from two portfolios totalling 80.9MW.
Should the proposed deals go through, Foresight’s total installed solar capacity would rise to 869MW from 54 sites across England and Wales.
The company said the expansion will help reduce operational costs through efficiencies of scale.
The share offer is open until 17 October.
