Twenty Orsted managers have joined the company’s Apollo leadership programme that aims to help unlock staff potential and develop their capabilities.
The Apollo programme is one of four talent initiatives the company runs and takes one year to complete.

Latest participants include head of wind power digital Camilla Sorensen and Rasmus Reichhardt Svendsen, a manager in legal sales.
Sorensen said: “It’s really healthy to reflect on your own actions and be more conscious of which kind of manager you are – or aren’t as the case may be.”
Svendsen said: “I hope that I become a better version of myself, and that I’ll be more attentive to every day details which will help me and my teams succeed even more.”
