Developer Invis Energy has reached financial close for an undisclosed 43MW wind farm in County Mayo, Ireland.
The joint venture between London-based Asper Investment Management and Craydel Group of Cork said the site, which is understood to the Dalton project, will feature 18 Nordex 2.4MW turbines.
The turbine deal was first revealed in August 2017 by subscriber-only reNEWS.
Asper is providing equity financing to the project and German bank NordLB is providing a €75m senior debt facility.
Dublin-based law firm A&L Goodbody and Irish outfit Ionic Consulting advised respectively on the legal and technical aspects of the transaction.
Invis aims to reach financial close on two further projects as part of a plan to build 140MW of new wind farms by the end of next year.
