Aberdeen company Texo has established a dedicated marine services business following acquisition of Orca Subsea.
The month-old engineering and technology group established Texo Marine to serve sectors including offshore renewables.
Support will extend to a range of services specifically tailored to diving and ROV applications.
Orca experience extends to air, saturation, hyperbaric welding and repair, system manufacture, system commissioning and subsea construction across the North Sea, Middle East, Far East, Brazil, Gulf of Mexico and West Africa.
Texo Marine managing director Callum Masson said: “Since our inception we have worked hard to stay ahead of the curve in developing solutions for our client’s diverse needs.
“When Texo first approached us and presented their vision for the EPC group we were astounded by its sheer depth of offering; the group has assembled an enviable solution for clients and their assets.”
