UK marine consultancy ABPmer has strengthened its metocean offering with the hiring of three new specialist staff to help scale up operations.
Robin Stephens (pictured, right) joins as head of metocean consulting from BMT Argoss, where he held a similar role. Stephens will be based in ABPmer’s Southampton office.
Ian Wade (pictured, centre) has been hired as principal metocean consultant based in Aberdeen. He also joins from BMT Argoss where he was principal metocean specialist.
Sarah Taws (pictured, left) has been appointed senior metocean consultant based in Southampton. She was previously a senior oceanographer at Fugro Great Britain Marine.
ABPmer managing director Damon O’Brien said: “Robin, Ian and Sarah bring tremendous experience and knowledge to our metocean team. We couldn’t be more excited to welcome this wealth of new talent to ABPmer.
“They will be instrumental in achieving our long-term goal of providing the highest standard of metocean data and consultancy services to all marine sectors.”
