Danish engineering consultancy Ramboll’s German subsidiaries BBB and Cube will operate under the Ramboll name from January.
The two onshore wind specialists have been part of Ramboll since August 2016.
BBB management team member Joachim Binotsch said: “So far, we have been working mostly on the German market. But now we have 13,000 colleagues, working from 300 offices in 35 countries.
“This means we can now work worldwide and provide just about any kind of consulting services to our clients.”
Cube founder Stefan Chun said: “Our company name will now change to Ramboll, but the essence of what we are doing and what we are providing will not change.”
