Consultancy BVG Associates is linking up with Renewable Resources International in the US, with Andy Geissbuehler to lead BVG’s US offshore wind business.
Geissbuehler is a managing partner with the Virginia outfit Renewable Resources International.
He has held executive positions with multinationals, including ABB, Alstom and GE.
Most recently, he led GE’s US offshore wind operations with the construction of Deepwater Wind’s 30MW Block Island offshore wind farm.
“With Andy on board, BVG look forward to helping the US offshore wind market grow by combining European offshore wind market experience with US offshore capabilities,” BVG said.
