Kite Power Systems (KPS) has moved to a new head office in Glasgow to accommodate its expanding team.
The company has moved to 103 West Regent Street (pictured) in the city’s central business district from its previous home at the Tontine Innovation Centre in Glasgow’s Merchant City.
The company has increased its total workforce to 30 employees currently from nine in January.
The new office will accommodate 22 people from the management and design engineering teams, with a further eight engineers and technicians based at the company’s research and test facility at West Freugh, near Stranraer.
KPS chief executive Simon Heyes said: “This move to a new head office in Glasgow underlines just how quickly the business has grown over the past nine months and it fully endorses our decision to relocate to Scotland.”
