Dong Energy has signed a six-year framework agreement for consultancy services from ISC Consulting Engineers
The Danish outfit won an EU tender auction for the deal, which covers engineering consultancy for offshore wind farm substations – foundation and topsides – and engineering related to turbine foundation design.
“We look forward to support Dong Energy Wind Power with high quality engineering in the coming years on exciting new offshore wind farm projects,” ISC said.
The Copenhagen-based company has performed engineering design for around 50% of all offshore substations, in fabrication or installed offshore, it said.
