Scottish Enterprise and Highlands & Islands Enterprise are inviting up to 30 Scottish companies to participate in a scheme designed to export sustainable energy technologies and services to islands and remote communities around the world.
The Sustainable Islands International initiative will be launched in October and last three years.
It will work with companies to provide technical, market and sales expertise to help them identify international opportunities.
The companies will work together to share insights and experiences.
The scheme will also be showcased to funders, such as development banks including the Asian Development Bank, World Bank and Caribbean Development Bank.
Two launch events for the programme will be held on 3 October in Stirling and 5 October in Inverness, both from 10am to 4pm.
