European Energy Group has signed an agreement to sell a 12MW wind farm in Germany to a local buyer.
The Danish developer said it owns just under 50% of the wind farm, which is located in Lower Saxony.
The project, which is scheduled to come into operation this month, consists of six Gamesa G97 2.0MW turbines.
The sale is conditioned upon the satisfaction of a number of customary “conditions precedent” and closing is expected to take place before the end of the July, European Energy said.
