BayWa has opened new offices in Milton Keynes as part of ongoing investment plans in the UK.
The move follows the acquisition of Green Hedge Operational Services in December 2016, and complements investment in recruitment, internal systems and software, the company said.
The Milton Keynes office will be the main hub for BayWa Operation Services’ solar photovoltaic services team.
Managing director Tess Sundelin and operations director Oliver Niedhöfer will be based at the new office, BayWa said.
The company’s wind operations management and commercial asset management functions will continue to be based in BayWa’s Edinburgh office.
BayWa said it currently services more than 700MW of large-scale solar and wind farms in the UK, and is expecting “significant business growth”.
The company added that it is also considering further acquisitions.
