Scottish law firm Burness Paull has bolstered its renewables team with the additions of Sophie Coffey and Chris Martin as senior associates.
The hires increase the law firm’s renewables team to 43.
Coffey (left) was most recently at Harper Macleod and has experience in renewables and real estate financing.
Martin (right) is a specialist in energy and major infrastructure projects, having worked in-house with building contractor Carillion and Acwa Power.
Burness Paull head of renewables Chris Gotts said: “Our team has been involved in almost all of Scotland’s major onshore and offshore wind projects and in response to a growing number of high level instructions we have continued to build our renewables practice.
“Sophie and Chris add considerable strength to our existing team, with their knowledge of the renewables market adding significant value to our clients.”
