Law firm Eversheds Sutherland has hired former Dong Energy legal counsel Richard Streeter as a partner in the construction and engineering team.
Streeter (pictured) specialises in the construction and operation of renewable energy assets, and has advised on over 20 offshore wind farms and several onshore projects across Europe.
The law firm said his particular expertise is in drafting and negotiating turbine supply and service and availability agreements, as well as balance of plant contracts.
Streeter joins Eversheds Sutherland from CMS, having been at Dong prior to that.
Eversheds Sutherland partner Rob McNabb said: “Richard is a key hire for us as we further develop our practice within the energy and infrastructure sphere across the world.”
