Belgian outfit DEME is planning to hire 200 new employees in 2017 to cover growing opportunities in the offshore wind sector.
The company will showcase the opportunities at an open day in Ostend on 7 May organised by the Belgian Construction Federation.
DEME said people who are interested can learn more about the opportunities in offshore wind energy at the event.
The company will also berth its GeoSea jack-up vessel Goliath (pictured) at the Rebo shipyard in Ostend for people to visit at the event.
