Rockfire Capital has acquired two solar farms in Wales totalling 10MW and has more than 200MW of further deals in the pipeline.
The projects are at Astley Farm and Pen y Cae and produce almost 9.5 gigawatt-hours of electricity a year.
Both sites have been operating since 31 March 2016 and are accredited under the 1.3 Renewables Obligation Certificates scheme.
Rockfire said it worked closely with Warrington Borough Council and the London Borough of Newham on the deal, and received support from the London Borough of Bexley.
