A joint venture between Enel Green Power and the Dutch Infrastructure Fund have closed an agreement to acquire the first 137.5MW phase of the Bungala solar farm in Australia.
Construction of the project will start later this year.
The purchase of the second 137.5MW phase is expected to close in the third quarter of 2017.
The whole project is scheduled to be fully operational by the third quarter of next year.
