Gamesa and Siemens are laying the groundwork for what is expected to be the finalisation of the merger deal next week.
A website has been launched for a combined business that will have 70GW of installed capacity worldwide and expected revenue of €10.8bn.
Gamesa executive chairman Ignacio Martin will be chief executive of the merged entity, which will be headquartered in Zamudio in Spain.
The onshore business will also be located in Spain, with the offshore unit based in Germany and Denmark.
