UK engineering consultants OST Energy helped German developer Wirsol obtain project financing for two solar portfolios in Britain with a combined 107MW.
The Brighton-based company provided technical due diligence and independent engineering support for both transactions, which secured funding from German lender BayernLB.
A 61MW portfolio of 10 plants secured a £46m loan in January while another nine projects obtained financing last year, OST Energy said.
All the photovoltaic plants are either completed or under construction.
